My location does not keep track of wages for team members and leaders and delegates part time hours to full time employees. The owner also is know for losing his temper and cursing out employees, which is completely inappropriate. People often feel like they are targeted.

Chick-Fil-A is a greedy and selfish company that puts money before their employees. Working outside in the 100+ degree heat with no compensation is no way to treat employees.

The Manager waited to call me until 4.5 hours after my shift started. They admitted that they arrived late this morning, but were hostile when they called me. I explained that I left a message on hot schedules, and that I would have come back for my shift had they called me back when they arrived.

I asked my trainer if the chicken needed to be marinated. They told me yes, then asked why I was marinating it. There needs to be a dedicated trainer or training guide for the menu items. One of the managers has not even finished there training.
