The other regular employees are respectful and honest individual each with a good attitude and understanding of the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Turn over rate is extremely high and employees are being targeted, disrespected and not recognized or receiving fair wages

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My location does not keep track of wages for team members and leaders and delegates part time hours to full time employees. The owner also is know for losing his temper and cursing out employees, which is completely inappropriate. People often feel like they are targeted.
