The leadership team should pay more attention to and focus more on nurturing their team members to make them better. We need better staffing and more effective leadership and more of them. More than everything the lower leadership needs to be treated better and with more respect.

I feel undervalued because I work really hard but get paid $8.50 for it. Also the managers don't seem to care about us as long as we are working, I've known multiple people who have gotten sick/passed out/gotten heat stroke from standing outside in 90 degrees for five hours at a time, with no shade.

At my chick-fil-a we are not offered any benefits beside healthcare. We are rewarded with discounts based on our performance, which is decided by the guest. Other than that, we do not have any benefits as employees or managers.

When I was interviewed, there was a two step interview process that made sure our workers would be good. Now, our new hiring manager hires people through conversation and gives us people that do not show CFA qualities
