I recently had to resign from my chick-fil-a store over the non-stop bullying i faced at my chick-fil-a. It was embarrassing because the workers who would bully us were friends with the managers so instead of them being punished we (regular workers) would get in trouble and be bullied by them.

the friendships and the overall social aspect
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I loved all my friendships i gained from working there and i will forever cherish them and the customer service i can bring into my future employment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My managers and coworkers are friends so when there is conflict between two team members my managers favor their friends over other coworkers even when the situation is extremely serious and our management does not protect us workers.
