Manager doesnt support back of house staff. Tries to get rid of us when he doesn't like us and fires people for randomb reasons. Our scores have been droppijg ever since our old manager left and he won't take any blame.

We all like to laugh and we encourage each other during hard/difficult times

We all get along and when the right people are put together we can work through rushes super fast.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was interviewed, there was a two step interview process that made sure our workers would be good. Now, our new hiring manager hires people through conversation and gives us people that do not show CFA qualities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid the same as people that I'm training. I'm one of the best workers in the back but I am paid starting wage. Won't get promoted to trainer or coach because I don't show enough leadership, but if I show leadership I can be written up for overstepping. Our GM doesn't spend enough time with us
