The operator's family is too heavily involved, and therefore disrupt growth and fair opportunities. Unfortunately, they tend to bully team members, show favoritism, and lack open-mindedness. Not a very nice place to work at.

Most coworkers are nice and fun to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much. The environment and culture is not very good anymore.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Attitudes and professionalism needs improvement. Operator does not give raises or bonuses regularly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more professional, don't keep interviewee waiting for hours, and do not keep rescheduling because of company's poor time management.
