It was a easy process. Be presentable and respectful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits would be nice, but then again it's fast food.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a clean atmosphere and everyone is friendly. The place smells great as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ease of it and that there's not much going on. Pretty straight forward work days with no surprises.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You would never know they are high up as they blend in well with other employees. Very chill and are considerate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're normal just like not. Not trying to out do each other for a pay bump or to look good in managements eyes. Very laid back.
