Everything is fine until I'm sent outside and they leave me out there for 1-3 hours in the heat. On top of that customers can be rude and the team leaders are bad about switching us out. Its too hot to be working under these conditions and not getting paid that well.

The quickness of the entire process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm forgot about outside and I do not get paid enough to be in the heat and take orders all afternoon. Then there are times where I can not get a break after being out there and feeling overheated. The managers just look at me crazy when I come in upset.
