Review from Engineering Dept

My co-workers, my team, my manager

Review from Sales Dept

Being able to create great products for our customers and having a positive impact

Review from Product Dept

Partners and customers interactions, speaking various languages in the day

Review from Sales Dept

When I am given an important outcome to deliver on, and the freedom and support to make it happen without micromanagement.

Review from Operations Dept

To belong a company with products like Hashicorp products. I believe a lot on them

Review from Customer Success Dept

working with our customers daily

Review from Marketing Dept

collaboration with the Hashicorp team and or customers.

Review from Engineering Dept

Being able to help answer others questions and provide them with the security that their pay will be correct.

Review from Finance Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More opportunities to meet in person, connect with other parts of the business, and learning opportunities.

Review from Marketing Dept

There's just too much going on all the time. I'm overloaded and pretty sure everyone else is too. Too many objectives all over the place with no concerns for whether they're accomplished or not.

Review from Engineering Dept

Management isn't paying attention to what customers need, or isn't doing anything to meet those needs.

Review from Customer Support Dept

in-person events are not accessible to immunocompromised (or anyone paying attention to the ongoing pandemic)

Review from Marketing Dept

Fix compensation and leveling - HashiCorp significantly under-levels/under-titles engineers across the entire R&D organization relative to the rest of the industry, and equity compensation is quite poor for a public company.

Review from Engineering Dept

upper mgmt doesn't see what's real, mgmt does not take the time or care to understand, they have their agenda and wear blinders, they spout reterick and push false data

Review from IT Dept

IBM used to be famous and known for the flexibility it provides its employees but lately, that is not seen, especially in some projects. Micromanagement, objection on taking leave, forcing to go to office even though when going to office takes 5-6 hours of your day and eats up the productivity.

Review from IT Dept

there needs to be less account changes. processes are slow. they're not automated. finding information can be confusing. a lot of the work is hunting down the right person to ask

Review from Sales Dept

Benefits shouldn't be taken away while saying "we're matching our peers". We're HashiCorp, our peers are corporate machines

Review from Customer Support Dept

VP fired our Senior Director/Leader Jason Berkin without forming a transition plan, communicating a plan or clear reasoning for the quick exit which has left the team reeling in the decision making ability of executive leadership. This has created a hostile work environment for me and my co workers.

Review from Customer Success Dept

See previous responses. Hashi over hired and everyone is jockeying for power. This leads to teams having competing goals which make my goals more difficult to obtain. Also, STOP GIVING ALL OF THE FEATURES AWAY IN OSS. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO SELL ENTERPRISE.

Review from Sales Dept

I think we need manager training, more in depth role specific onboarding, and better community engagement with teams to foster building relationships.

Review from Operations Dept

No recognition of the additional work done during tough times, not comparable with market benefits and salaries

Review from Operations Dept

Engage people, empower them to contribute. Enough with the grills, if you're not pigeonholed then you're out

Review from IT Dept

There are people in the company who don't value people and I'm very sorry for this. Not all of the company is like my team

Review from IT Dept

The problems are still on my desk

Review from Admin Dept

As previous answers indicated, being valued as a person and an employee. With the policies being made and monetarily.

Review from Operations Dept

create jobs with clarity of outcome

Review from Business Development Dept

Care about the people. Really care - consider the impact of your decisions (e.g. in your relocation requirements, your "redeployment" initiatives, your public stances) on the people. Think about the people they care for, the responsibilities and stresses weighing them down, the careers they want...

Review from Product Dept

Given IBM's largely apathetic response to the dissolution of reproductive rights in the U.S., it is hard to feel excited about going to work for a company which does not seem to care about the basic rights of its employees.
