I was fired for asking my general manager to work more hours. They kept cutting my hours and when I went to talk to bob farmer about not having to get a second job to make up for the hours I wasnt getting he fired me right on the spot.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe have the interview be longer than 3 minutes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together most of the time and help each other out when needed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Dont fire the employees that want to work and show up to work everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly I couldn't tell you. It seems like a high school. Its pretty bad when half of the younger workers are more mature than the managers and gm.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Teaching employees the correct way to do their job and leading by example. They have a hard time doing their jobs but want you to bend over backwards for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a very hard worker. I went from cashier to team lead within 3 months of working there. When ever they needed me to come in early or stay late I did. Not to mention I was there thru covid too when everyone was getting sick and calling off I still showed up to work everyday.
