What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team continually yells at employees to work harder/faster and do all they can to do absolutely nothing. The managers argue over who actually has to do work and then purposely short staff the team and say that they do it to give everyone more ?

The management needs to not pick favorites where these individuals get to stand around and do nothing while one or two people do all the work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No positivity whatsoever. The management team stands around texting on their phones and making jokes until someone is struggling and then this person is yelled at to work harder.

It was a very personable experience.

Applied for cash position got hired and promised after training I will be in my assigned position which was cash but what was promised was broken instead more new employees were hired for cash.

I run interviews - I like how the recommended questions are simply "recommended" and we are allowed to run the interview how we choose.

Maybe a phone interview first then have the candidate come in for an in person and meet multiple team members to ensure they click with them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the management team actually did any work the shifts would go smoothly, instead they put their position off on someone else and then make them feel terrible for not being able to to be in two places at once

Leadership team or managers should take responsibility in making a proper schedule on a weekly basis respecting the availability of the employees and should be honest and consistent with the employees also employees should be assigned the job which their hired for employees.
