Nothing much the manager makes it a moody atmosphere

Communication with in employees when it comes to serving customers

Need more structure and regulation and team should show more empathy towards employees as well as customers. There’s nothing good about the leader
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess my 401k plan is the only one I can think of the benefits are not properly communicated by the leadership team
What did you like most about the interview process?
Applied for cash position got hired and promised after training I will be in my assigned position which was cash but what was promised was broken instead more new employees were hired for cash.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership team or managers should take responsibility in making a proper schedule on a weekly basis respecting the availability of the employees and should be honest and consistent with the employees also employees should be assigned the job which their hired for employees.
