Crappy. Managers are the worst. Imagine a managers who's never worked a station trying to tell you (someone whos been within the company for 4-5 years) how it's done, pathetic.

For the first 2years, it had rough spots but I got through it. Over this past year though the workload feels like it's been increasing and expectations are higher, yet they did away with guaranteed raises and it's been 6 months of working almost daily to get nothing in return. I feel worthless.

My experience started off great, staff was fun and helpful few things need work, management seem nice and easy to deal with. Now, i am uncomfortable from a certain issue and i feel i am not allow to have a voice.

Everything. Include CROSS training, so they don't fire and or CUT peoples hours for not knowing certain stations. If they would ACTUALLY take the time to cross train none of that would've happened. I saw a new store GM fire so many people based off what they knew.

I get in trouble for not doing more than what I'm paid for and others are allowed to stand around and do nothing and that is okay apparently. People need to get fired for not doing their job. Not get sent home for asking those people who do nothing to do their job

I get paid 10 dollars an hour to work 6-7 days a week for 3 weeks in a row, have 2 days off, and repeat the cycle. Every Panera is understaffed right now, my cafe has 1/3 the amount we're supposed to have, and no effort is put into hiring yet we're expected to be okay with this and want to come in.

Due to the outbreak of the corona virus I was wearing face mask at work and I was told to take it off, I said no because I have asthma and I was trying to take care of myself. I was told to go home all tho that I am not sick and showing no symptoms of the virus I have rights as a worker

I feel undervalued as my hours are being cut and more work is put upon me, i am subject to consistently cleaning up after other and never told thank you. Feel better compensate with a raise and full time hours i was told when i was hired to have.

There is nothing positive. I dread coming in every day and the only reason I do is because of the job market right now. We're paid barely above minimum wage with hours being cut because of harping of labor by the AoP so we don't get scheduled, we don't get raises, and everyone wants to quit.

I wish Panera would stop giving New GMs in new stores/or switched location the authority to fire OLD employees simply because they didn't want to cross train them. And slowly bring people from their store prior to the new location they're in. Its unfair and unjust

We have about 10 people employed when we're supposed to have over 30. Everyone's working 6 days a week scheduled and if they call you in and you say no, you lose hours over the next few weeks because they're mad you didn't bail them out.

Work in prep, list is never done, area always nasty, too small , right in front of freezer door, upper management perception of you are attacked, being lie on by management. In store manager need to tighten up and upper management need to communicate with staff before negative decision.
