What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Hire better managers, better shifts, and better GMs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You can give some much to a company, but I don't think the company understands sometimes we put stuff that's important to use to help THOSE stores in need of HELP.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I wish Panera would stop giving New GMs in new stores/or switched location the authority to fire OLD employees simply because they didn't want to cross train them. And slowly bring people from their store prior to the new location they're in. Its unfair and unjust

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. Include CROSS training, so they don't fire and or CUT peoples hours for not knowing certain stations. If they would ACTUALLY take the time to cross train none of that would've happened. I saw a new store GM fire so many people based off what they knew.
