All this time we've worked and sacrificed our health for the good of the company. Yes, we have gotten paid. Yet, some of us had to quarantine due to exposure and haven't been paid or anything. I love working for Panera. I love my team. I love so much about the family unity of working here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was treated unfairly by my boss and I feel the pay should be higher for employees working at such an expensive fast food/cafe establishment.

You take away our raises for being an associate trainer and give us nothing but bread as a token of your appreciation for what we do. Seriously is this the value that represents us as humans? We need to survive and with the sub par working conditions (low staff to work ratio) pay us a little more.

How we value our customers and each other as staff. We have bonded well. When a new hire comes in we welcome them completely. Sometimes they just don't wanna fit in and end up leaving. Sometimes our love doesn't fit others agenda.
