What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how there is a very strong team effort present when it comes to opening and closing tasks. And whenever there are moments when a lot of help is needed, even the managers are willing to step in and help.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is non-existent, except when the GM or DM bonus is involved. Then the leadership is hovering and so critical the moment is lost.

I feel that compensation is competitive with the industry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is skewed entirely toward the bonuses of the GMs and DMs. The associates toiling every day in the trenches get peanuts.

Our team works really well together and we seem to respect each others comments and opinions.

Hard working associates are really great with customers. Most are incredibly hard workers. They just are not compensated because every penny they get is a penny taken out of the GM or DM bonus.
