Customer interaction. Helping out a customer with their meeting or special event. Making a difference.
Compensation is skewed entirely toward the bonuses of the GMs and DMs. The associates toiling every day in the trenches get peanuts.
Leadership is non-existent, except when the GM or DM bonus is involved. Then the leadership is hovering and so critical the moment is lost.
Hard working associates are really great with customers. Most are incredibly hard workers. They just are not compensated because every penny they get is a penny taken out of the GM or DM bonus.
