My team is good for the most part, the crew members are pretty good but some like to talk bad on new employees and harass others. The general manager is very rude and not in a good way, everyone complains and she makes fun of employees while just eating all day. Laughed at a new employee.

Whenever I do my job I just feel undermined and a few members just keep talking behind my back. Not only that but a few do not do their job and I feel like I'm pulling them

Me and many of my co workers are living paycheck to paycheck and are told we can't get raises and Panera seems to only care about making money.

Better pay and benefits for employees. Without a good team that cares to keep their job no one gets the hang of the job and ticket times rise sometimes to 40 minutes. Customers do not want to have to wait that insanely long to eat.
