The manager likes to search through the workers bags and threaten to fire them over no reason. Many people quit because of him.

Coworkers instead of working just trash talk and do not do their job. Some just sit in the back not working,and just mistreat others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whenever I do my job I just feel undermined and a few members just keep talking behind my back. Not only that but a few do not do their job and I feel like I'm pulling them
