Not hiring people that stand around and do nothing and then get mad at the people for not picking up others slack.

New managers and new staff that wants to work even though it may not be the best job it's really not hard as long as everyone is doing their job
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually work and stop being on their phones or talking and sitting in the back. That or the managers need to tell them to actually start working or go home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get in trouble for not doing more than what I'm paid for and others are allowed to stand around and do nothing and that is okay apparently. People need to get fired for not doing their job. Not get sent home for asking those people who do nothing to do their job
