What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The customers are nice, some co workers are fun to work with.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Manager was pleasant offer me something to eat didn't take long tour of store was nice.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Properly rotating prep items, cleaning behind themselves, more team players, very wasteful with food, cleaning, putting equipment n dishes up. I could help better by assisting and informing the right way.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, team work amongst management plus employee's, making sure everyone is held to the same standards, having materials and list ready for job task to be complete, cleaning, having the stock put up and stored properly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued as my hours are being cut and more work is put upon me, i am subject to consistently cleaning up after other and never told thank you. Feel better compensate with a raise and full time hours i was told when i was hired to have.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work in prep, list is never done, area always nasty, too small , right in front of freezer door, upper management perception of you are attacked, being lie on by management. In store manager need to tighten up and upper management need to communicate with staff before negative decision.
