The management team are huge micromanagers and it makes for an even more stressful day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most of the other employees are on the same page and dislike the same things. The company does do good by donating leftover breads.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Maybe a phone interview first then have the candidate come in for an in person and meet multiple team members to ensure they click with them.
