The associates are amazing and fun to work with
I love my co-workers. Every one of the sales staff was incredibly welcoming and were great at teaching about the product lines. They make slow days go by quickly, and busy days much less stressful. My co-workers are the best part of this job,

The golden rule would be perfect
Most of my coworkers are respectful, a few of the female workers are jealous or judgemental of me for some reason but that's the only concern I have.

They need to put aside biases, judgment, drama and personal feelings and remain respectful and professional only.
Stop spreading drama and talking about me. Saying because i leave when im scheduled im not flexible

Coworkers are nice but often lost. Managers are rude and give zero direction
they should all stand up against unfair behaviors even if it is a supervisor or higher up

My coworker tend to want to gossip and talk about other employees moreover than anything else that would truly be beneficial to actually getting work done, and making conversion and daily goals

The team was nice enough in general but at time they were rude and accusatory including and that happened at least a handful of time, or more.

I wish I had coworkers that would show up on time, not call out at last minute, and actually came to their shifts. Many of them are nice but they do not want to work and it is irritating.

As a team we all need to communicate better however this can be difficult because the company doesn't give us time to hold monthly or quarterly meetings to discuss and/or reflect on actions and behaviors on the store level

Honestly if the company got rid of it's SPAH ordeal, coworkers wouldn't be at each other's throats trying to make sales so they don't lose their jobs.
