The BBW where I work could be a better place to work if the store manager did better trainings for the supervisors. Also, the ASM needs to learn how to do their job better. That way they could be better at making conversion and making plan.

Awesome question. Most people in the leadership roles are okay, you will often work with people who micromanage you all day though with very little work or effort on their part.

I’d say most of them are okay but most are thriving with off of the drama that occurs weekly at each store.
