What did you like most about the interview process?
It is pretty quick and you can tell if they want you or not. It's just a retail job so if you are competant and have good availability you wont have any issues getting in
It was very quick, five minutes at most, and management made me feel comfortable.

How straight forward it was
It was incredibly quick- maybe 15 minutes at most.
That the manager just really respected me and listened and wanted to know me as a person to know if i was a great fit

My previous manager was really nice and I had a positive attitude.
I did appreciate being asked about my personal life and how that would balance with work. I have had no issues with being able to be there for my children when they need me most.
The managers were open to diversity and being new to the cashier position. They are willing to teach people and thats a very generous way to go about things

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The group interviews are horrible due to the fact that i have anxiety and felt like i wasnt really wanted
having the assistant manager communicate with the manager before hiring someone she would not approve of i guess
