Very fun atmosphere. The management focuses on tasks not the money. It's pretty clear do the tasks and the money comes. Help people to understand the insurance they are buying. AND no weekend work, leave at 5:00. If you are ADD they have video games to play to get away from you desk for a bit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not coming down on anyone for missing the sales. They look at the tasks and focus on how to get more leads, make more calls and uncover the opportunities that are right in front of you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always laughing in our office. There is video golf we play. Everyone is helpful and we even go do team building like braves game. We all go to lunch at the same place on Friday and take two hours.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone know what they are doing. The system at SF is very complicated. There is always help available. I never feel like I need to shy away from selling something because I don't know how to get a quote or create/submit the policy. That's the good people we have.
