Respecting and valuing everyone. The company has been a top down, “do as you’re told” environment. They don’t want leaders in department leadership positions. The new definition of a leader now seems to be people who jump when they’re told to. Michael Tipsord is reviled as a CEO.

Our leadership does not know what Is going on at the ground level. They trust reports rather than seeing for themselves. The decisions they make reflect this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a person reaches the upper level of their pay range, the annual raises become a joke, even if that person is out performing those who are lower in the pay scale

Get rid of Tipsord and those who are doing his bidding. How long will the Board of Directors turn a blind eye? He is the worst thing to happen to our company!

Poorly run for years as far as operational efficiencies and technological advancement and now trying to fix it all at once. No vision or execution.
