My team is like family. We all help each other and work with what we have.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our systems are old and so slow. The systems need to be changed in a drastic way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership does not know what Is going on at the ground level. They trust reports rather than seeing for themselves. The decisions they make reflect this.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working and I am optimistic that I can grow within this company. The job security is decent and I know I am working towards a better place.
