They need to be leaders of people and not managers of task. There is no true commitment to their people, only "yes" men afraid of being true leaders.

Get rid of wanna be leaders that act like they know what they are doing but in reality have no clue. Execs, stop making the work environment like a factory. Having to work extra hours to have a day off when I have more than enough PTO saved? We are not robots. Create same parameters for everyone!

Realizing people are human and not tell them that 53 hours a week is not enough time and they need to put more hours in working OT for a different department or they are going to be written up. No one is happy, you have ruined the spirit and our beloved State Farm

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our healthcare package is good, but only because of the prior culture. I imagine if this new CEO and leadership group could cut benefits to increase profits they would. There is no trust.

Our company is making record profits, but its not being seen in employee compensation. It would be fair if profits we shared appropriately with the people that do the real work.

I have worked for this company for 34 years, and have never been treated so poorly in my whole career until they decided to bring in new management, they have no idea of how to manage people.

Our leaders do not give ratings and raises fairly. Often times predetermined by leaders without consideration of performance. There is alot of favoritism as well. Our bonus structure has been changed without clarity and the amount continues to be reduced even as the company continues to profits

Hire professionals—harassment occurs all day on the floor by fellow coworkers and TMs turn a blind eye. Bullying like middle school! Atrocious! When spoken of we are told to work it out. Poor management again!

Care about your employees again. Give us back our lives. We work harder when we like where we work, allow us to flex time again. Stop making us work so much overtime. We are burned out and the more we are burned out the less effective.

I used to love working for State Farm. It was not just a company it was a culture. No one wanted to leave State Farm and the company valued tenure. Now everyone feels that the plan for executives is to get the tenure employees out to spend less on employees. Stop doing this to our company.

No one is happy. The verint schedule is ridiculous. No one should go by a schedule in claims that is hard to adhere to
