Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
bonuses are not fair, medical benefits are expensive, company is taking benefits away and lowering pay, forcing long-term employees out
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better and longer training with hands-on training and time given to learn and apply it w/out being harrassed by mgt about metrics right away
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value empl. Another restructure, more stress. Many 25+ yr employees not hired for own jobs but other newer empl w/no exp hired. About $? Yes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The co no longer listens, respects or cares about the employees and treats like prisoners. Say it's about the customer but service is awful
