They are a pretty understanding under any circumstances and are willing to work around scheduling conflics
Very good communication skills towards members
Proper and clear training plans. Ex. Day 1 Front/POS pairing them with a specific person assisting them with their first few orders. Not "figure it out". Communicate with a laminated checklist all the duties of that position; show them how to complete those duties. When diligent train next position.

How they talk and treat people
the store manager and assistant help treat employee a lot better, let there employee know how well they doing and how well they work as a team to get things done. Encourage all the employee to work together to keep the entire store clean, friendly.

yeah... They took away our free meals, we are always short staff, either nothing gets done or they don't get done the right way or leave unfinished, our GM is a joke and sometimes ruins something that didn't need to be touched and so much more

Shift managers only make $0.60 more than crew with far more responsibilities. No profit sharing/bonus for shift managers.

Nothing because nobody want to work together everybody does whatever they want to do Michelle talk to me in the office I didn't do nothing wrong and she misunderstood she's in the phone most of the time and her watch phone
They are good workers when they want to be but ots management thats not doing their job
They know how to become a team and when we get busy thats when u can see them working all together

This is the only one when we have just a tiny bit talking one time that's it and then later on they got the heat argument in people not respect

Being able to go to a great job
First of all they need to give you the right food people come in and they complain but the wrong food because the manager doesn't focus what she's doing sometimes
When we address a problem to you you are supposed to go ahead and handle the problem then and not wait till something happens
Lying to your employees and overworking MINOR children is just wrong. Nobody in the franchise ever got breaks and not only I was lied to about my salary.
