How they talk and treat people

the store manager and assistant help treat employee a lot better, let there employee know how well they doing and how well they work as a team to get things done. Encourage all the employee to work together to keep the entire store clean, friendly.

We are getting payed less, for essentially rushing irders out the door, and telling customers were out of almost everything at times.

I feel under valued because the store manager thinks

the GM does not care about you she will work you like a dog on a hot sunny day and does not care if you are burned out and need a break

Ive worked 60 plus hours and go to other stores when needed. And only get 13.50 then come to find out a petson they hired a few weeks after me got paid 1 more than. When i come in when needed go to other stores and sta when asked

Learning how to communicate and be better with each other

We need a better management team

They kind of just ignore customers, I remember going to the counter for my interview, and I waited in line 20 minutes before I was even addressed. Nobody cares.

store level culture is still good, but rapidly eroding due to poor field management and executive leadership the positives are that you can influence your stores team members actions and attitudes you create the environment for yourself.

Lying to your employees and overworking MINOR children is just wrong. Nobody in the franchise ever got breaks and not only I was lied to about my salary.

Hire a hold new staff mangers and employees

The general manager needs to go and the manager who makes the schedule and helps us everytime we call needs to be made the general manager or the assistant general manager

The Deep fryer, oven, and dishwasher are all broken and have been for over a year

Better managment and better managers with actual wendys experience and better district managers
