the store manager and assistant help treat employee a lot better, let there employee know how well they doing and how well they work as a team to get things done. Encourage all the employee to work together to keep the entire store clean, friendly.

I feel like any a new district manager because this district manager that's over this lead does not care about the people all they care about is disturbing open and they don't care about what's going on
