What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone is a team player and everyone works together amazing

Is rewarding have them .

They are understanding and work with employees

They never even reach out to me after a month notice. No exit interview. A month notice no one reach out Andy Silver ask my G.M.to see if I could stay longer if you ask me his management skills are out dated.

My manager is great. She is bona fide.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Doing new employees on boarding on the first day

The leadership team needs to work on communication and talking to employees one-on-one because they should be able to talk to their employees with trust and respect.

Being leaders who are team players. And who are here to lead and not just for a paycheck.

They need to communicate and get the feedback of the existing team before making decisions that affect us all. Be nice. Be courteous.

Communicate better, be more available to meet your team. Especially when you make decisions that effect their lives.

Actually doing something about the absolute horrific treatment of employees and discrimination against white people.

Listening to employees and making sure everyone is getting what they're owed and doing what they need to.

Leadership needs to control employees who are disrecptful occasionally and being rehired as well as the late and no call no shows; leadership needs better team work because there is alot of cons that need to be address when hiring certain employees

Pay closer attention to the employees, alot of problems could be solved if it was easier to reach someone above the restraunt manager.

I believe they need to learn IHop policies and procedures better, and learn how to communicate better.
