The owner, haaz, is doing everyone dirty. He's employing illegal immigrants, working them 60-70 hrs a week, and only paying them 40hrs a week and holding deportation over their head. Haaz is breaking child labor laws and paying people servers wages to perform management duties
They really need to listen to there employees and customers
Treat your employees like they aren't replaceable machines, pay them enough to make rent and get groceries at the very least. Listen to them wehn they come forward with idea too help make things run better. Dont do patch work for all the things you're too stingy to actually fix. Ect...
Hiring more experienced, fair, mature managers, more efficient managers
a more professional enviroment as well as taking time to recognize employees good qualities once a month
Management that isn't horrible lying thieving, druggies who take advantage of children. I have never been involved in anything I am posting here.
