IHOP Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

i got the job immediately

Everything the experience i was going to get working

Review from Customer Support Dept

I love it because I told the truth that I really needed this job

Eyes contect with manager honesty

It was good communication and eye contact

That i got hired and had a job

The interview was nonexistant because management is piss poor at the very best. All i was asked is if i was available and thought i coukd the position. Management is truky the downfall of this company.

being able to walk straight in and talk about having a daughter on the way at the moment with two other kids, being behind in bills, being behind it feels with life after my last job had me making something different from what they told me. being heard and told to come back gave it my trust.

Review from Customer Success Dept

It was fast and easy

Quick and easy will hire just about anyone

It was pleasant and not too long and drawn out

Immediate action was taken in the interview process.

Manager assistant employees people customers

Review from Admin Dept

It was successful while being given the chance at the job. I was Thankful!

It seemed upfront and easy

Review from Product Dept

Honesty about work environment and company

Review from Operations Dept

How long it ended up lasting

Getting hired on the spot was the most special about the interview process.

It's quick and easy and I felt like I was heard in a way until I was actually hired

Easy questions that i was asked

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Properly train the managers. Interview process is always a mess

Do the on boarding on the first day so you will be paid

Better questions more information and better options

Require them to lift said weights and physical demands instead of finding out the hard way they lied.

Management needs to be more consistent

Be honest about the shifts that employees will be working and what time they will arrive/leave each day. Be honest about how many days they will be placed on the schedule. Explain to your new employees that this resteraunt is not very good at training, and to ask lots of questions.

I do not have any idea

Create more better IHOPs hiring opportunity in Oklahoma City Oklahoma USA America

They didn't explain anything and manager rude if you ask a question

They just rush through and do not explain anything

To get payed on time

Nothing about my work place

Review from Operations Dept

Not just hiring anyone off the streets

I would not lie to them

None horrible don't go there

Be more selective in there choices

For the manager not to take over an hour to interview a possible candidate for the job.

Respect and truth to the new employees

Have a more professional interviewing process

Stick to what was promised during the hiring process. I was promised 4-6 shifts a week and they cut my shifts to rehire older employees and gave them seniority over me and gave them my shifts.
