It has been really good company which has lots of leaders to learn from and great career opportunities all over the globe. However last few years and till now it really has been destroyed due to chasing only one goal: coast cut and stock price
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
unconstructive competition, low level of empathy and leaderships within newly hired VPs and SVPs. Almost completely destroyed fair play spirit based on sports should be fundamentally back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
many of the employees are highly educated, capable of conducting their job and have collaborative mindset. most of the cases, they are passionate sports men which has beautiful mind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company cut down all the employees' development program which cost budget since last 2 years. Personal development is priceless compensation that proper company always have to have. Considering it is in middle of nowhere(Herzogenaurach), proper understanding on employee motivation is urgently needed
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR process and system is totally disaster. Some of the HR business counterparts are really low level of education on his job. by the way, during last 1-2 years, hiring has been frozen and employees are suffering with real heavy workload.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
company fairplay sports culture has completely destroyed under a new CEO leadership. only focus is stock price, bonus scheme for VP and above. Company even stop listening to employees by discontinuing an employee NPS survey after steep drop of the rating to minus. Promoting violent leadership.
