There are frequent meetings that require the presence of those not involved in the subject matter.

It is increasingly diverse and professional.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Increase diversity. Allow independent decision making to come from the US, for the US. Re-visit senior leadership. Have a plan for the US.
