How's the work life balance at Radancy?
Totally depends on your department, role and team. Company generally pushes PTO hard, encourages people to take time off, but client work always comes first and some teams are less able to support people being out than others. Corporate leadership gives really mixed messages, too.
Totally depends on your department and on the demands of clients at any given times. Work hard/play hard is the theory and people really do take vacation and respect others' time away.
We work hard at TMP and are not clock watchers. Project dependent - hours can vary.
What do people at Radancy think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
If they don't interact with the CEO often, they have no opinion. If they know her, they dislike her and are afraid of her.
The CEO is not approachable and can be extremely sarcastic and cutting in casual remarks. Also, company decisions seem to be based solely on what the CEO wants, rather than input from experts, market research or any data.
Our CEO is a visionary - we are lucky to have such solid leadership. TMP is the best in the business and it starts from the top.
