I'm having issues with my manager. They only reach out to me about negative things, and they do not encourage our team to bond. They discourage it. I'm made to feel stupid and like socializing with my team at all is wrong.

Management/leadership doesn't put feedback into action, our PJ platform is broken, get rid of mandatory PTO days, actually train the account teams on media so they can talk to clients about it, stop giving exceptions for every client.

Family oriented. You are not treated like a number but as a person. I love that they know me by name even though there are a thousand plus employees. Additionally, your room for growth is extraordinary here. Most people I see working here have been here five years plus because they're happy.
