IHOP – Management/ Owners was terrible, zero communication zero help and they choose favorites and talk about their employees behind their back as if we are in a highschool environment, not a good work environment at all if you did not kiss up.

Not that i felt undervalued just felt a lack of respect

Coworkers as in bussers servers hosts cooks were amazing and beyond helpful very much felt like a team/ family. Management and owners=awful
