Better explonation to the newer employees as new people have no clue what they are doing and are thrown into things to early

I had a friend interveiw at the same time and she had asked a question and the manager immeditly switch and was very rude to her

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My mannager has harasses me throught work after throwing me into a possition i was not trained in he was yelling at me for being to slow or not being able to hold many plates and i asked for more training in whitch he refused to train me telling me he wont and im young thats how life works
