This company undervalues good Molly era and rewards bad ones. I was an assistant manager for them. There are absolutely no benefits! I trained 150 miles from home. I did not get paid mileage or travel time. They did pay for my hotel but only after a fight. The GM’s they employ are horrible people.

I have worked for IHOP for 4 yrs as, a server ave a crew lead and haven't recieved a raise at all

I don't feel like employees are given enough hourly compensation. We are forced to say we make at least minimum wage, even though there are times when we don't.

I've worked there for a very long time and I have seen several general managers in hundreds of employees quit or get fired and not care but I've been there every day non-stop and just feel like I deserve more..

I don't think anything could be done. My fellow employees and managers are always zoned out, taking constant smoke breaks, and generally staying disorganized. It would take a complete revamp to fix this.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The managers don't efficiently communicate. They just come in to clock in and clock out. They don't care what happens when they're gone and they don't leave the restaurant running properly at all hours of the day.
