Being respectful, actually paying minimum wage. I get 2.13 an hour, but I was under the impression if i worked 9 hours and made 20 bucks, an adjustment would be made to make my pay 7.25 an hour. NOPE. Does not happen.

As a server we are governed by minimum wage for servers, due to relying on gratitues, but that is not always the case. Some customers over tip and some do not tip as well. But we still have to pay our taxes on the revenue. And management does not help.
