Like I said before I have no problem with anybody I enjoy working as a team, but people stopped need to stop picking favorites in the way that they talk to people. I also don't really enjoy people speaking Spanish around me all day long to each other yet I don't understand
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is ok, I wish we had vacation pay

When everything runs smoothly and everybody works as a team

We have quite a few good associates, but the way management speaks to the associates is unacceptable

I liked that she seen that I have 15 years experience and I would be an asset to the team

The management at my store needs to quit playing favoritism and act in a professional manner. I feel like they discriminate on me because I'm white
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part team members seem to work together most of the time. The manager just has a hard time being a manager instead she wants to be everybody's friend
