What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to ask the right questions at interviews. Hire employees who want to work, not friends. They do what they want since they know the boss. Be firm about employees being on time and do their job. Fire those who sneak out to smoke weed. Our manager allows it.Legal in NM , but not at work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers need more than $2.13 an HR. Tops aren't always great or promised. We deal with a lot on a daily for such little pay
