What did you like most about the interview process?

it went quick and they were just as excited as i was to be there

i feel as though people are not trained properly so they struggle to learn their job

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i feel like i work a lot of hours and do a lot of work for very little pay.

i am the one who is in control and everyone actually listens and will follow along when i need them to do something
