What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to work on communication and talking to employees one-on-one because they should be able to talk to their employees with trust and respect.

The managers gossip with one another about their employees and each other. They use passive aggression instead of professionalism, always. Many different coworker relationships. Managers are dating cooks, servers dating other servers. And they were hired as so, my work ethic was destroyed here.

A little more pay because I work very hard

I like just being able to lead and be a leader

Everybody tries to stay positive, and all servers look out for one another. New people are not left alone, but not professionally trained.

Serving others being part of making others have a great day makes me feel good

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Favoritism between employees, managers using passive aggression as a way to try and solve things with customers and employees. It’s impossible to do anything here. I would like the managers to be more available and asking for change not being the most stressful
