Knowing how too do their job or how a facility runs. Not just cut time and blow out trailers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how they let just anyone start as a loader even tho its obvious they cant lift 70 pounds!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ups gave 5$ raises to new hires and gave the shaft too people who have worked there for longer than few years. Now nobody wants to put in effort cause they know that one guy on his phone is getting paid more and gets a bonus when you do all the work. Will result in strike or decline in work
