Overall, I love my job. Some days are frustrating due to the abrasive leadership style or from excessive work loads, but usually once I leave the building, I can make my day the way I want it to be.

Poor communication, poor motivators, lack of personal connect.

My customers are the best!

Customer service could be better with some employees.

Great benefits. Without them the job would not be worth it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My environment (my truck) is very positive, however, the center (office) is not.

In my opinion, the issue is work ethic. The job is a privilege. Work hard for our customers and don't take short cuts.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Simply put, more appreciation. Management needs to show more appreciation of it's employees. Employees need to appreciate great benefits, great pay, good job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving the building, getting into my office (truck) and making my day positive by serving my customers and enjoying the view from my office window!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some days the environment is good, other days terrible. They are consistently inconsistent. They often have the "lead with an iron fist" mentality. Building a team approach would be far more successful in my opinion.
