I love my job because we are giving back to our community. the company is involved in the community on a lot of different levels.
What makes you most happy at work?
having the feeling of self-worth, like im doing something important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone helps everyone.. no one leaves till we are ALL done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leaders work just as hard as the employees. they wouldnt ask us to do anything that they wouldnt do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the diversity of the public. all walks of life come thru the doors and all have different reasons for being there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
todays economy one has to make at least 10 bucks an hour or more just to keep the basic bills paid. the company wants you to work like ur being pd 10-12 an hour but in reality only pays you 8 an hour.
